Operations Director
As Operation Director Kirsty is responsible for continually improving the quality of our care delivery and ensuring that we are fully compliant as a service.

Kirsty oversees JC Home Care’s daily operations to ensure our care delivery is of the highest standards and carries out regular audits on the service to ensure all quality standards are being met. Kirsty implements new policies and processes to further develop our service delivery.
Kirsty started her career in care and support at the age of 17 as a care and support worker and aged 21 she went to university and studied a BA hon’s in Social Work, qualifying as a Social Worker in 2010. Kirsty has worked with adults with a variety of different health and social care needs, including learning disability, mental health, physical disability, cognitive impairments, sensory needs and complex health in various areas.
Prior to joining JC Home Care, Kirsty was a social worker for nine years and then progressed into an advisory role as a Safeguarding Officer for NYCC. Kirsty uses her in depth knowledge of safeguarding to ensure JC Home Care is operating in a safe and responsive manor.
