Gaynor has been a valued member of the JC Homecare team for over 12 years. She is responsible for ensuring all of our support workers receive their training on time, helping them stay confident, skilled, and up to date.

Gaynor also oversees our safer recruitment process, making sure every new team member is recruited in line with best practice and our commitment to providing safe, high-quality care. Her experience, organisation, and dedication make her an important part of the JC Homecare team.
