Carol began working for JC Homecare as a support worker in December 2024. She began working in the office as Care and Support Coordinator in September 2025.

Carol is passionate about doing her upmost to ensure clients are well cared for. She writes person centre care plans and risk assessments. Often visiting clients in their homes to carry out service reviews. Carol also works day to day in the office managing calls from support workers and clients ensuring the smooth running of JC Homecare. She is especially focussed on solving problems for clients with higher needs.

Before working for JC Homecare Carol worked for thirty plus years in many different health and social care establishments helping clients from the age of 0 to 100plus. She was thrilled to receive a 1st class honours degree in Health and Social care in 2022.
