Cassy has been a valued member of the JC Homecare team for six years, starting her journey as a Support Worker before recently being promoted to our second Team Leader.

In her role, Cassy carries out care assessments and practice observations to ensure our Support Workers are delivering safe, high-quality care. She also provides guidance and support to help the team develop their skills and embrace new ways of working, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the people we support.

Cassy’s experience, leadership, and commitment to high standards make her an important part of the JC Homecare team.
