Rebecca started working for Jane Caress (now JC Home Care) in September 2022 as a Support Worker.

Rebecca has always worked in care, but her previous role was working with Disabled Young People and Adults in a Short Breaks Centre. Rebecca has vast knowledge of disabilities, and the barriers people may face. She is very passionate about person centred care. Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies and Disability Studies.

Rebecca was promoted to our first Team Leader role at JC Home Care in May 2025. She oversees and implements medication charts to ensure safe administration and handling of medications for Support Workers and Clients. Rebecca also carries out assessments and practice observations on Support Workers to ensure safe practice and to support and implement new ways of working with the Support Workers.
