Charlotte is the newest member of the JC Homecare team, joining as a Care and Support Coordinator in June 2026. 

Charlotte supports the effective day to day running of the service, working closely with the Support workers, other Coordinators, and the registered manager to help ensure the consistency and continuity of high-quality care for clients.

Her key responsibilities include completing service reviews for clients, providing guidance to care staff, and supporting in areas of quality assurance and auditing.

Since completing a degree in Psychology, Charlotte has gained experience in different types of care settings, including psychiatric and domiciliary care. 

Charlotte is enthusiastic to learn more about home care services and has already begun to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
