Suzanna has been part of the JC Homecare family for over 15 years, starting her career as a Support Worker before progressing through a number of roles to become our Registered Manager. Her experience, knowledge and commitment to high-quality care have given her a strong understanding of both the people we support and the teams who deliver our services.

As Registered Manager, Suzanna is responsible for the day-to-day management of JC Homecare. She oversees the quality of care we provide, supports our care teams and ensures our service remains safe, effective and person-centred.
